Do I need these programs on my computer?
I’m going through my Add/Remove Programs and I am not sure what programs are for what, and what do I absolutely need? And the ones that I don’t need, can I delete/uninstall it with no problems?

Limewire is for downloading illegal songs so if you dont do that then you can uninstall limewire.
If you have Windows media player then you really probably don;t need Itunes it just plays songs and you can buy songs from itunes if you have a account.
Google tollbar is just a toolbar for your own preferable use but if you don’t use it then delete it.
All the rest I wouldn’t delete if I were you
