Well your phone should come with a USB cable insert that into your PC. Then download a free P2P music program like Ares:

Then search for music, wait for it to download, then look onto the Transfer tab on Ares. Click on a song, then click Locate File. It will guide you to a folder with all your music on it. Now to insert it onto your cell phone. Go to My Computer, click on your phone, then find the music/audio folder, then drag the music from the Ares music folder onto your phone folder. Then you have music on your phone!!!
