I need help with itunes, the screen keeps turning green?

i rented a movie, and whenever i try to play it the screen is green. there is the sound of the movie though. i have windows vista and the latest version of itunes. the movie is completely downloaded, and the screen is green! please help .:] thanks

you may have the latest version of itunes but not the latest version of quicktime player
